We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues.
Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions.
Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other enterprise systems such as MES, PLM, CRM and financial systems.
Drive system integration across ERP modules, ensuring a holistic and streamlined business process.
Take a cross-organizational, process-oriented approach to ERP implementation, aligning system capabilities with overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial tools and applications, and hands-on experience with systems like Salesforce, One Stream, and Expense Management systems. Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support QA and R&D systems, while also having a basic understanding of ERP, PLM, JIRA and MES systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements for QA and R&D systems
* Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of applications
* Development and characterization of the organization's needs
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of QA and R&D systems
* Understanding the need of system users and providing end-to-end support to users, including guidance and instruction
* Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and user guides for QA and R&D systems

What’s the Job? As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist in Novidea, you will be responsible for translating new and existing client requirements into a flawless technical solution. What You Bring
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications
* Prior experience utilizing Salesforce.
* Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
* System configuration: Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs
* Analytical techniques: experience in requirements gathering and documenting outcome, including designing process flows
* Demonstrated analytical abilities
* Salesforce certification(s) - Admin
* BA/BSc
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with critical deadlines
* Ability to work independently to ensure work is completed, but also work well within a team to ensure team objectives are being met.
