We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our IT team. This role will require working closely with our global teams both onsite and remotely, to help support and improve the IT environment at Rounds.
Requirements: 2+ years experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations role.
Solid experience with Google Workspace (User management, security settings, SSO setup).
Experience managing the employee lifecycle (Onboarding/Offboarding) for both local and remote staff.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting local and remote users including extensive knowledge of MacOS and Windows Operating systems.
Experience managing user permissions and access rights for core business apps such as Slack, Generative AI tools.
Hands-on experience with specific MDM tools like Jamf, JumpCloud, or Kandji.
Experience setting up IT ticketing lifecycle including workflows, automations, and reporting in tools like Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
Experience managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agents or Email Security Gateways.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing asset inventory and procurement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with a strong customer service orientation.
