In this role, you will be responsible for architecting robust cellular-RF lab automation solutions and infrastructure, maximising your Python programming expertise to develop advanced test scripts, integrate complex measurement systems, and debug automation failures.
You will apply your strong RF knowledge to ensure reliable cellular performance characterization across silicon validation workflows, working both independently and collaboratively to drive projects from conception to completion.
Your exceptional debugging skills and experience with RF test equipment will be essential in optimizing measurement methodologies and maintaining high-quality automated test environments.

As a Wi-Fi MAC Firmware Team Leader, your contributions will include the following: Managing a team of wifi Firmware engineers, Technically leading the design and implementation of Wi-Fi and 802.11 MAC Level features. Planning and tracking execution of your team members. Technically leading performance optimizations and problem solving of Wi-Fi connectivity . Deep involvement in firmware architecture design, and system level requirements from top-level down to block level. Were looking for a strong hands-on senior Backend Engineer (Tech lead) with a passion for technical excellence and leadership.
The Tech Lead serves as the technical owner of one or more domains within the product driving architecture, design, and code quality while mentoring developers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
In this role, youll lead by influence, not hierarchy partnering closely with Product Leads and Domain Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. Youll balance hands-on technical work with guiding others, setting engineering standards, and shaping the technical roadmap.
The team is comprised of 3-5 seasoned and expert engineers, with a focus on code quality and data-driven decision-making. The team owns the most critical component of the product and holds our core intellectual property (IP).

Own the technical quality, design, and roadmap for your domain(s).
Drive engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Collaborate with Product Leads on prioritization, backlog, and feasibility decisions.
Contribute to architectural discussions and cross-domain alignment.

* Design and develop software for TEST automation, including TEST sequencing, data acquisition, and result analysis.
