We are looking for a talented IT Expert to join our Storage & Virtualization team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for building, maintaining, and managing virtual infrastructure and enterprise storage platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across a technically diverse and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and operate virtualization solutions that provide high availability, scalability, and performance across a complex on-premises infrastructure.
Design, deploy, operate, and maintain enterprise storage systems, including NetApp ONTAP, VAST Data, and IBM storage platforms.
Integrate and optimize storage solutions within virtualized environments.
Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to storage and virtualization.
Automate IT processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT domains to ensure seamless operation of core services.

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with 10+ years of expertise, strong customer service orientation, and a broad understanding of IT domains. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud services and automation.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of 4 professionals.
Build, maintain, and operate on-prem and cloud infrastructure supporting internal labs and engineering/product needs.
Design and manage environments simulating customer setups using diverse technologies:
Thousands of VMware-based virtual machines (primarily Windows, some Linux).
Storage systems such as NetApp, EMC, and others.
VRA environments.
Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) infrastructure.
Additional technologies as required.
Co-manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for development purposes, including POCs and environment simulations.
Monitor budgets and expenses.
Support development and product teams.
Manage licenses.
Administer M365 tenants for lab purposes.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams - development, support, and product management - to address ongoing needs.
