As a Technical Program Manager, you will facilitate and improve operational processes across AppSec PgM teams focusing on optimizing team efficiency, delivery confidence, and alignment with organizational objectives.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with engineering, security, and program teams in Israel and globally to optimize geo-balancing and resource allocation.
Leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of engineering metrics dashboards, delivering board-level insights and actionable reports to leadership
Acting as the primary point of contact for operational efficiency initiatives, including the consolidation of workflows, risk posture tracking, and metric-driven performance management.
Supporting and coaching teams in adopting best practices for operational excellence, leveraging tools and methodologies that drive continuous improvement and reduce friction.
Coordinating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement changes for measurable results.
Preparing and presenting regular updates to leadership on progress, key metrics, and areas for improvement.

Requirements: To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Have 2+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or related roles, ideally in AppSec, cybersecurity, or software engineering.
Have proven experience driving operational improvements and efficiency within technical teams, including the use of dashboards and metrics for performance tracking
Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and process improvements.
Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Be familiar with Agile, SAFe, or comparable methodologies for program and project management.
