We are looking for an experienced Service Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of solar and energy Storage service projects, ensuring on-time delivery, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple solar and energy Storage service projects from planning through delivery.
* Develop and implement project plans including scheduling, resource planning, work preparation, and project organization.
* Maintain up-to-date project status including milestones, timelines, risk management, and progress tracking.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory entities to ensure smooth project execution.
* Lead customer communication and meetings (onsite and remote) and provide regular project updates and milestone reports.
* Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, invoicing, and order management in coordination with internal teams and service partners.
* Define project priorities and timelines while managing field and service resources.
* Establish KPIs and maintain reporting and project control dashboards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

* Electrical Engineering Technician with a Registered Electrician License (Chief Electrician License - mandatory).
* Advantage: Electrical Engineer degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing solar or energy Storage projects.
* Hands-on field experience.
* Experience leading contractors and technical teams.
* Knowledge of floating solar systems and agro-solar systems - advantage.
* Familiarity with energy sector standards and regulations.
* Experience with CRM systems, Priority ERP, and advanced Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong prioritization, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Success Criteria:
* Successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
* High customer satisfaction.
* Minimal post-launch issues (RMAs, DOAs, service calls).
