The role includes overall responsibility for IT infrastructure, information security, communication systems, and organizational support. This position combines hands-on technical work with project leadership, Help Desk management, and ongoing work with vendors.
Responsibilities:
Managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft servers, Linux, IIS, and virtualization environments such as VMware.
Responsibility for information security, including system hardening, Firewalls, VPN, EDR, and WAF.
Managing Active Directory, Google Workspace, backups using Veeam, and disaster recovery processes.
Leading the Help Desk function and providing professional support to users.
Managing endpoints using ManageEngine, as well as communication infrastructure and VPN systems.
Working closely with vendors, obtaining price quotes, and leading infrastructure projects.
Full-time position at the company’s offices in Netanya.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a System Administrator in a medium or large organization.
Proven experience with Fortinet products: Firewall, FortiVPN, and FortiAnalyzer.
Experience with Cisco Secure Access (SSE), Cisco IronPort, Duo Security, and Radware WAF.
Experience managing Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft IIS, and Linux servers.
Experience with VMware environments, Veeam backup systems, and building/maintaining DR solutions.
Experience with Freshservice / Freshdesk and endpoint management using ManageEngine.
Experience managing a support / Help Desk team.
Professional certifications in infrastructure, networking, or information security — an advantage.
Experience in Cloud environments, especially AWS — a significant advantage.
