About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Head of Demand Generation to build and orchestrate our company's global demand engine across 18 countries. This role will focus on:
* Growing demand within our existing customer base and driving upsell initiatives.
* Lifecycle marketing for B2C homeowners.
* Co-marketing programs with our global B2B installer ecosystem.
* Laying the foundation for our company's first direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy.
* Transforming and scaling our HubSpot infrastructure. This is a senior team leader role with small-team oversight, designed for someone with managerial capabilities and the potential to take on expanded leadership responsibilities in the near future. Key Responsibilities: Growing Demand and Upsell Generation (Primary Scope)
* Build and execute global Demand Generation strategies targeting millions of existing customers.
* Develop upsell and cross-sell programs for batteries, energy services, and additional key products.
* Create automated lifecycle journeys and targeted messaging for B2C homeowners.
* Drive improvements in conversion, attach rates, and customer engagement. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Foundation
* Architect our company's first comprehensive D2C digital marketing strategy.
* Build funnel models, segmentation frameworks, and automated cross-channel journeys.
* Identify scalable channels for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. HubSpot & Digital Infrastructure
* Lead a full HubSpot transformation data structure, segmentation, workflows, scoring, and attribution
* Build lifecycle automations, nurture flows, and performance dashboards
* Establish global standards and processes for campaign operations Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with product, BI, regional marketing, sales, and Customer Experience teams.
* Partner with regional marketers to orchestrate and localize campaigns across 18 countries.
* Leverage insights to fuel personalization, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

* Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C -suite and board stakeholders when needed.
