We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real-time embedded team. This individual will play a key role in driving the sales efforts for our real-time embedded solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of embedded systems and a proven ability and track record to generate and qualify new leads, engage with customers across various sectors, effectively identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those requirements. Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within key verticals, including aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, telecommunications, consumer electronics and others.
* Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting and lead generation, lead qualification, customer meetings, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
* Present customized embedded solutions to both technical and business decision makers, aligning technical offerings with customer’s needs to maximשize value and ensure satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring continued business, high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and ongoing business growth.
* Collaborating closely with the customer’s development and technology teams, ensuring optimal response to technical requirements including responding to complex tenders.
* · Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related discipline - MUST.
* MBA - Advantage
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on embedded systems, real-time software, or hardware solutions.
* Comprehensive understanding of real-time embedded systems, real-time applications, and the challenges associated with various industry use cases.
* Proven success and track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within a B2B or OEM sales environment.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Business Level Hebrew & English (Verbal & Written).
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with embedded software development processes or hardware design principles.
* Understanding of industry standards and certifications related to embedded systems.
