Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations: sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and materials.
Drive sourcing strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and ensure continuity.
Manage suppliers, contracts, performance, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure material availability for production, NPI, and service demand.
Monitor and improve KPIs (OTD, COGS, PPV).
Implement operational processes and systems ( ERP /PLM).
Lead mitigation plans for shortages, quality issues, and supply disruptions.
Oversee quality, compliance, and engineering change implementation.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent. Masters degree / MBA is an advantage.
5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience.
Proven experience in sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracts, NPI support, and managing global CM/ODM partners.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in planning, S OP, inventory optimization, and KPI management.
Deep understanding and practical experience working with ERP /MRP systems ( SAP / Priority) - PLM experience is an advantage.
Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, driving change, and leading process improvements.
