Position Summary Responsible for managing the day-to-day operational relationship with EMS subcontractors, monitoring supplier performance, production progress, material availability, and delivery schedules. The role includes close coordination with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Sales to resolve operational issues, manage shortages and production constraints, and ensure alignment with production plans and customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities EMS Subcontractor Management
* Act as the day-to-day operational interface with EMS subcontractors.
* Follow up on production progress, delivery schedules, and material availability.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, delivery commitments, and responsiveness.
* Coordinate open issues with subcontractors and escalate risks when necessary.
* Support the preparation of reports and KPIs related to EMS performance. Material / Shortage Management
* Monitor material availability, shortages and production constraints, and coordinate recovery plans with EMS subcontractors and internal teams.
* Lead and participate in shortage meetings and follow up on open issues and required actions.
* Analyze shortages and production constraints and coordinate solutions with relevant internal teams.
* Support the identification of operational and engineering solutions to resolve material and production issues. Cross-Functional Alignment
* Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to ensure alignment of production plans and customer priorities.
* Assist in resolving operational issues impacting deliveries or production schedules.
* Coordinate activities between EMS subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the subcontractor management and manufacturing processes.

Requirements: Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, or a related field.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with ERP systems; Priority is an advantage.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with EMS subcontractors or electronic manufacturing companies.
* Familiarity with production planning and material management.
* Experience with shortage management and production constraints.
* Familiarity with inventory management and supply planning.
* Ability to analyze operational issues and coordinate practical solutions across multiple functions.
