A leading iGaming technology company is looking for an experienced DevOps team lead to lead the development and evolution of a scalable gaming platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a DevOps professional passionate about modern infrastructure, automation, and building reliable production systems while mentoring a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting technical standards and best practices.
Own the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of production infrastructure.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Drive infrastructure automation across AWS and Linux using IaC tools.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response systems.
Work closely with Product, QA, and Development teams to improve delivery and release processes.
Requirements: Requirements
Proven experience leading DevOps / Infrastructure teams.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production-scale systems.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git-based workflows).
Strong Kubernetes and Linux administration skills.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Experience with databases, Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed systems.
Experience developing automation tools (Golang or similar).
