We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Autonomous Systems unit and help turn our vision into reality: building a comprehensive solution for managing autonomous aerial vehicles.
Our work involves cutting-edge technologies and algorithms, addressing unique challenges such as autonomous navigation, mission planning, command control frameworks, and sensor integration.
You will play a key role in orchestrating these multidisciplinary elements into a unified, high-performance solution.
Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining Product Strategy, roadmap planning, and managing the end-to-end development of critical features.
You will serve as the focal point for our solution, collaborating across multiple teams to ensure seamless development and integration.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering, business, or a related field
3+ years in a technical product management, system engineering, or similar role (preferably in drones industry, UGVs or autonomous systems)
Experience in multi-disciplinary systems that integrate software with platforms and sensors
Proven ability to create design documents and product requirement documents (PRDs)
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Proven experience in product management with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, roadmap development, and cross-functional leadershipbeyond just feature execution
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience with command control solutions- Advantage
Background in robotics, aviation, navigation, aerial dynamics, or simulation- Advantage
