Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements: Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (possible from agency).
* Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
