We are looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy IT support student to assist the IT Manager in day-to-day operations and longer-term projects. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic high-tech environment, working with global systems and advanced tools.
Responsibilities
Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Help manage software installations, updates, and licensing
Support users with hardware and software troubleshooting
Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory
Provide basic technical training and onboarding for new employees
Assist in managing email systems, Office365, and internal tools
Take part in improving internal systems such as the intranet and website
Help monitor system performance and identify potential issues
Support cybersecurity and backup routines
Work on small IT projects and contribute to implementation tasks
Provide general administrative support to the IT Manager
