As a key member of the Customer Program Management Team at our company, we are looking for a Technical Customer Program Manager with deep expertise in networking technologies. In this role, you will lead customer-facing activities and drive both internal and external technical and operational program execution. What you will be doing:
Lead complex customer programs focused on deploying our companys high-speed networking technologies, including InfiniBand, Ethernet, and AI data center fabric solutions
Serve as the technical interface between our company and customer engineering teams, driving alignment on design, integration, validation, and deployment
Coordinate multi-functional program execution across engineering, validation, operations, supply chain, product, and support teams
Manage technical discussions related to system architecture, firmware, drivers, telemetry, congestion control, and software-defined networking Support customer bring-up and validation cycles by providing guidance, documentation, and access to the right engineering resources
Drive timely resolution of blocking issues, customer requirements, and change requests throughout the program lifecycle
Monitor progress and report on program status, risks, and recovery plans to internal leaders and customer team members
Build solid relationships with crucial customers and use technical knowledge to proactively discover opportunities and challenges.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in technical program management or customer-facing roles within the networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure space or
Deep technical understanding of networking protocols, hardware (NICs, switches), and software stacks
Familiarity with InfiniBand, Ethernet (including RDMA, RoCEv2), and data center networking architectures
Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, high-performance computing (HPC), and distributed systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and adaptable leadership skills
Experience handling customer concerns directly, including coordinating deployments and addressing critical issues
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
Travel requirement: <5%
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience leading programs involving AI networking, smart NICs (DPUs), or in-network computing
Familiarity with our company networking products, including BlueField DPUs, ConnectX NICs, Quantum/ Spectrum switches, and our company Cumulus/Linux-based OS
Hands-on knowledge of network configuration, diagnostics, and performance optimization in large-scale environments
Background in deploying networking solutions for cloud service providers, hyperscalers, or enterprise AI clusters
Program management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) combined with a strong technical foundation.
