The finance team is responsible for the payroll process, accounts payables, budget, day-to-day accounting operations, and monthly closing process. We ensure compliance with all tax regulations and business obligations by planning and enabling the infrastructure to support the companys extensive growth. You will Manage suppliers, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations Perform bank reconciliations every week.
Review and record employee reimbursement expenses, including travel expense reports
Handle ongoing reconciliation tasks, including closing entries and cut-off accounts
Conduct end-of-month account reconciliations for book closing.
Work closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance
Booking Journal Entries in the accounting system
Overseeing the Fixed asset registration in the books
Reconcile credit card transactions.
Conduct monthly cut off reports, such as accruals, prepaid, employee expense reimbursement etc.)
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
You have Proficient in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and primarily asynchronous work environment - Required

Requirements: * Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must - Type 3 is an advantage
* 3+ years of bookkeeping experience from a Hi-Tech or multi-national company a must
* Excellent Excel skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Team player and service-oriented
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Experience working with Workday software an advantage
* Experience in payroll preparation - an advantage.
