Required Senior BI Engineer
What youll be doing
As a BI Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals dedicated to pushing boundaries and creating advanced solutions. You'll also play a key role in pioneering the adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven tools and processes, proactively advocating for innovative solutions, LLM-based scripting, and efficient AI workflows. Your early-adopter mindset will be essential in shaping the future of data-driven excellence.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, tech, finance and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements to build and deliver data infrastructure, reports and insights that meet their needs.
ETL Processes: Develop highly scalable complex data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensure that data is accurately extracted from source systems, transformed into the required format, and loaded into the data warehouse (DWH) (using DBT, Git). It also includes verification and monitoring of data quality (Elementary).
Implement GenAI solutions: As part of the job, you will implement new solutions and tools to improve the efficiency of the teams, support self-service for the users and provide insights easily, automatically and quickly.
Data modeling: Responsible for the model, design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the data warehouses, as well as ensuring the integrity and security of data. Support users needs, including performance and monitor cost
Business Analytics Tools: Design and implement BI tools across the company. Troubleshooting and optimizing the tools and systems to improve performance. This includes ensuring that the reports and dashboards are running efficiently and meeting the user's needs (using ThoughtSpot, Hex)
Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in data solutions, analytics and business intelligence to ensure that we stay ahead in leveraging data for business decisions. Continuously questioning assumptions, processes, and outcomes to uncover hidden opportunities or potential issues.

we are seeking a BI Director to lead and expand our Business Intelligence capabilities within the Information Systems department.
This leadership role combines strategic vision with technical expertise, overseeing BI strategy, architecture, and execution while managing teams and working closely with business leaders. The ideal candidate will be both a strong leader and a hands-on expert, capable of driving data ecosystem to the next level.
What will your job look like:
Define and own the company-wide BI strategy, roadmap, and vision, aligning with growth.
Lead, mentor, and grow global BI teams, including data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives to translate business needs into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of BI and data platforms (Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT processes).Stay hands-on with BI tools and technologies, setting technical standards and ensuring best practices in data modeling, reporting, and system performance.
Establish and enforce data governance, security, and quality frameworks across the organization.
Promote adoption of self-service BI, advanced analytics, and data-driven culture across departments.Evaluate, integrate, and optimize new BI and data technologies to ensure scalability and innovation.
