We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented IT Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support, both onsite and remotely, while maintaining our day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and employee technology experience.

You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment, while supporting our security and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities



Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, and user-related issues.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, access permissions, and secure equipment returns.
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including users, groups, MFA, SSO, and access management.
Deploy and manage endpoint devices through MDM solutions, including encryption, patching, and security policies.
Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, firewalls, meeting room equipment, and peripherals.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and coordinate with external service providers.
Support IT security controls, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of internal IT processes.

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator to be responsible for managing the companys local and global IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, enforcing security controls, and supporting business continuity across offices. This role will play a key part in scaling IT operations, improving service delivery, and aligning infrastructure with security and business objectives.

What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, and access management.
Manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution through the ticketing system.
Administer Google Workspace, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike EDR, and other SaaS platforms.
Manage company endpoints, hardware inventory, procurement, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
Partner with the CISO to implement security initiatives, enforce IT policies, and support system integrations.
Ensure endpoint security, backups, business continuity, and compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.

We are looking for an experienced, deeply hands-on IT Manager to own our Global IT operations. This is an opportunity to take on a key role at the heart of the organization's technology operations - leading infrastructure teams, managing SLAs and KPIs, and driving operational processes across complex IT environments.
The right candidate is as comfortable being hands-on as they are leading the team. You'll own and manage the IT operations team covering hardware, software, infrastructure, user access ,and support while directing, managing performance, and mentoring IT specialists and support technicians. You'll also manage incidents and drive investigation and operational processes.
What youll do:
Administer Google Workspace and Slack, Zoom, etc.
Endpoint management- Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance
Take ownership of employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support
Manage vendors, renewals, and cost optimization
Manage the A/V and Video conferencing rooms, equipment and systems.
Manage the team members
Manage wired, wireless and virtual networks infrastructure.
Maintain clear documentation, procedures, inventories, and service metrics (SLA and KPI).

Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Support
Own internal IT operations and employee technical support globally
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, endpoint provisioning, and access management
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
Establish and improve IT processes, documentation, and support workflows
Network & Infrastructure Management
Manage office network infrastructure, wireless environments, VPN connectivity, and related vendors
Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues across office and remote environments
Partner with external providers on network architecture, escalations, and ongoing optimization
Support SaaS platforms, identity/access systems, and cloud-managed infrastructure
Endpoint Management
Administer MDM and endpoint management platforms (e.g. Kandji)
Partner closely with Security team on endpoint compliance, VPN/SASE solutions, device security, and access controls
Help implement and maintain IT security best practices and operational policies
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
Work closely with IT and Security stakeholders at Element to coordinate shared infrastructure, policies, escalations, and support processes
Lead IT improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects
Drive operational maturity, scalability, and reliability across the IT environment.

We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Team Lead to lead our Global IT operations, manage and develop our IT team, and drive the growth of our IT capabilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership and operational responsibility in a fast-paced global environment.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support specialist with high service awareness who will support 700+ users and will respond to all Help Desk tickets in a dynamic environment. Maintaining an active inventory of all IT assets, setting up new users, and assorted other IT-related tasks.

What youll do:

Respond to requests for technical assistance (in-person, ticket system, Slack, email).
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, i.e., Windows MacOS.
Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software and hardware .
Perform IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including setting up end-user equipment and accounts.
Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on employee questions and tech problems.
Follow IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering helpdesk software.
Set up and maintain IT multimedia systems.
