we are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead the companys day-to-day IT operations and manage a team of three IT professionals.
This is not a management-only position. The IT Manager will be expected to remain actively involved in troubleshooting, system administration, infrastructure projects, and the implementation of new technologies.
The role combines team leadership, technical execution, service management, and operational ownership. Working closely with the Director of IT & Cybersecurity, the IT Manager will improve the employee technology experience, increase the reliability of the companys systems, and build scalable and well-documented IT operations.
The IT Manager will support the operational implementation of security requirements across endpoints, identities, infrastructure, and business systems.
Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a three-person team covering IT Helpdesk and System Administration.
Take hands-on responsibility for complex technical issues, system administration, infrastructure changes, and IT projects.
Manage the companys daily IT operations and ensure reliable, professional support for employees.
Define team responsibilities, priorities, escalation paths, service standards, and work procedures.
Establish a structured service-management operation, including ticketing, prioritization, documentation, escalation, and performance reporting.
Monitor open requests, recurring problems, response times, workload, and service quality.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, account creation, access changes, equipment preparation, and software provisioning.
Administer and improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure-related services, and other corporate systems.
Manage company endpoints through MDM, including deployment, configuration, patching, encryption, compliance, and software distribution.
Maintain and troubleshoot office networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, meeting-room technology, and related infrastructure.
Manage servers, backups, storage, cloud services, and business-continuity capabilities where applicable.
Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including purchasing, inventory, assignment, maintenance, warranties, replacement, and secure disposal.
Centralize IT purchasing and define approved hardware, software, and configuration standards.
Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, system ownership, vendors, and external service providers.
Create and maintain IT procedures, system documentation, inventories, diagrams, and knowledge-base articles.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
Plan IT capacity, resources, projects, and technology requirements as the company grows.
Work closely with R&D, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to understand and support their technology needs.
Support the Director of IT & Cybersecurity with the operational implementation of security controls and policies.
Ensure that IT operations follow company security requirements and promptly escalate suspected security events or risks.

The position involves joining the Infrastructure team as an IT Manager, in a full-time, onsite role based in Tel Aviv, responsible for the company's internal systems, employee devices, and office infrastructure. This is a highly independent, self-driven role that at times requires running things on your own, with strong ownership. The role is global in scope, working closely with our teams in the US.

Responsibilities include managing SaaS-based IT services and identity/access administration, provisioning and maintaining employee laptops, and overseeing the company's basic office infrastructure, while collaborating with Security, People, and Engineering to keep the organization's IT foundation reliable and secure.

What You Will Own

Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS laptops for new employees
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless IT experience
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, printing, and connectivity issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and application access across Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms
Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, docking stations, Wi-Fi, peripherals, and workplace technology
Support password resets, MFA, VPN access, and identity-related requests
Track incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while maintaining excellent customer service
Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, accessories, licenses, and IT assets
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
Escalate infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security issues when appropriate

We are looking for an experienced, deeply hands-on IT Manager to own our Global IT operations. This is an opportunity to take on a key role at the heart of the organization's technology operations - leading infrastructure teams, managing SLAs and KPIs, and driving operational processes across complex IT environments.
