Drive DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation.
Establish and continuously improve monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Partner closely with development teams to enable seamless application integration and rapid, reliable software delivery.
Optimize infrastructure for scalability, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
Mentor engineers, promote DevOps best practices across teams, and contribute to platform and architecture decisions.
Participate in and continuously improve the on-call rotation supporting mission-critical production systems.
