Partake builds F-PaaS, a platform that manages the full credit lifecycle, from loan application to loan closure. Non-bank lenders in Israel use it to run mortgages, business loans, project finance and consumer credit. Our team works from Israel and Bulgaria.
We're looking for a Customer Support & Enablement Specialist to be the first person our clients reach when they need help, and the one who trains their users on our applications. You'll also keep the day-to-day work around each client running on time, together with our Client Delivery Manager and Tier 2 support.
What you'll do
Be the first point of contact for client requests: triage and log every request in Jira, respond within the SLA, and own it end to end so nothing falls through the cracks
Resolve how-to questions and known issues, handle service requests such as adding or removing users and permissions, and run the first check on system alerts, collecting the details Tier 2 needs to investigate
Train client users on our applications during onboarding and after new releases, in person and online, and run targeted training sessions to deepen system adoption
Keep client operations on track: schedule status meetings, update the open-issues list from Jira and track retainer hours
Partner with the Client Delivery Manager on releases and new-client onboarding, and back up Tier 2 support during absences
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in application support or customer success with B2B clients
Experience training end users on software applications, in person and online
Hands-on experience with a ticketing system, such as Jira Service Management, and with SLA-based support
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new business systems
Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
Advantage: experience with Salesforce or financial systems, preferably in credit or mortgage environments
Skills & attributes
Service-minded: patient, courteous and proactive, even under pressure
Highly organized and precise, with strong attention to detail

A close view of how lenders run their business on a modern credit platform

Investigate unexpected financial and operational issues, identify root causes, and drive practical solutions through to resolution.
Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and bottlenecks across Finance operations, and proactively improve the way we work.
Lead or support the implementation of automation and AI-based solutions to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
Help build, standardise, and document scalable finance processes as WeSki continues to grow.
Support the wider Finance Operations function and take responsibility for ad hoc finance projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivebale, accounting, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of core financial processes, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
Proven ability to independently manage processes from start to finish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and find practical solutions.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence working with financial data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to get into the details.
