Our Company is seeking an experienced, highly driven Vice President of Rest of World (RoW) Sales to lead commercial growth across our Vision and Aesthetics business units. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for developing international commercial strategies, building and managing a high-performing distributor network, opening new global markets, and selectively driving direct sales to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the RoW sales strategy, revenue targets, and commercial execution across Europe, APAC, and strategic global markets.
Identify, recruit, negotiate with, onboard, and manage high-quality distributors and master distributors.
Build tailored commercial strategies for both Vision-Care (ophthalmology/optometry) and Medical Aesthetics (dermatology/plastic surgery).
Establish distributor targets, KPIs, forecasts, minimum purchase commitments, and performance evaluations.
Drive both direct and channel-based sales models based on market structure and maturity.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key physicians, private clinic chains, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Manage the RoW sales pipeline, pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and CRM forecasting.
Represent Tixel at major international medical congresses and events.
Requirements: Must Have: 10+ years of senior medical device sales experience with substantial international responsibility.
Must Have: Proven commercial experience in both Vision-Care (ophthalmic/optometric technologies) and Medical Aesthetics (energy-based devices/dermatology platforms).
Must Have: An established existing network of international distributors and master distributors across both Vision and Aesthetics sectors.
Proven track record of opening new countries/territories and managing both direct and distributor/channel sales models.
Experience selling capital medical equipment combined with recurring consumables/revenue models.
Proven ability to engage with KOLs and lead complex commercial negotiations with key accounts and clinic chains.
Fluent / Native-level English (written and spoken) - Mandatory. Additional European languages - a strong advantage.
Willingness and ability for extensive international travel.
