We are seeking an experienced, analytical Controller to lead finance activities for our Israel operations. This individual will own the Israel financial results, provide meaningful business insights to management, ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, and support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with analytical capabilities, business partnering experience, and a hands-on approach to managing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Israel Financial Ownership
Own the Israel entity's financial results, including P&L, balance sheet, and operating expenses.
Ensure accurate, complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Review and analyze financial performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
Serve as the primary finance partner for Israel leadership and functional managers.
Drive accountability for financial results across the organization.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
Provide insightful analysis of actual-versus-budget and forecast performance.
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Partner with business leaders to improve operational and financial performance.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
Own and coordinate local tax reporting requirements, including corporate tax filings, VAT reporting, and other statutory submissions.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Support year-end audits and statutory financial statement preparation.
Ensure compliance with Israeli financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Controls & Process Improvement
Maintain a strong internal control environment.
Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Support finance transformation and reporting enhancement initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set clear objectives and support team members' professional development.

we are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our treasury operations and manage cash liquidity.
The ideal candidate will assist with cash management and banking relationships to optimize our financial performance and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a multi-national environment and across departments to drive initiatives that enhance our treasury capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Support the cash management process, ensuring optimal liquidity levels are maintained across all accounts, including loans management and factoring processes.
Collaborate with finance teams to prepare cash flow forecasts and manage short-term financing needs.
Assist in managing banking relationships and help prepare for negotiating terms to improve service and cost efficiency.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support funding strategies and investment decisions.
Support the monitoring and assessment of foreign exchange and interest rate risks, providing actionable insights to mitigate exposure.
Help maintain and improve treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
