We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Quality Team Leader to lead our quality team and drive continuous improvement across suppliers, production processes, and finished products.
In this role, you'll combine strong people leadership with problem solving, decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll serve as a mentor and role model for your team, while taking ownership of quality performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and results.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing quality team, driving execution, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all quality activities.
Manage QMS activities and support compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Lead supplier quality activities, incoming quality control, investigations, and corrective actions.
Support production through real-time problem solving and effective decision making.
Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate insights to management.
Lead audit readiness activities and participate in internal and external audits.
Support onboarding of new materials, suppliers, and NPI initiatives.
Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively drive solutions from idea to implementation.
Lead CAPA, RCCA, and complex root cause investigations.
Manage product and material release activities (MRB / Product Release).
Lead risk management activities (FMEA) and support regulatory compliance.
Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and field performance trends.
Lead cross-functional and global quality projects with R&D, Operations, and Suppliers.
Requirements: What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Quality Engineering.
Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QMS, CAPA, and audit processes.
Experience in supplier quality, IQC, and root cause investigations.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
A hands-on leader who leads by example, learns quickly, and drives execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NPI and onboarding new materials and suppliers.
Experience in 3D printing, polymers, chemicals, powders, or related technologies.
