We are seeking a creative and independent Product Engineer to help us maintain our leadership in the market by pushing the boundaries of speed and bandwidth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Maintaining high-quality product deliveries to customers by performing data and failure analysis.

Improving product performance by solving complex problems with the Process, Mechanical, Hardware, Test, and Thermal teams.

Leading high-impact task forces and working groups to drive critical initiatives.

Crafting and enhancing factory test plans to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield.

Driving yield improvement and addressing the failure Pareto.

Managing Failure Analysis for field and production failures.

Collaborating with different teams, including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Reliability, to ensure flawless execution.

We are now looking for a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer. This role leads the quality strategy and execution across the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to robust engineering standards and organizational goals. You will drive multi-functional alignment, manage risks, and champion proactive quality measures and continuous improvement initiatives. The mission is to deliver high-quality products by optimizing development, verification, and validation processes from concept to mass production.

What youll be doing:
Lead multi-functional teams to guarantee seamless completion of all development stages, adhering closely to technical guidelines and quality criteria.
Ensure the professional and robust execution of all development phases, strictly adhering to engineering standards and defined quality requirements.
Drive proactive quality activities such as Inquiry, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Identify, prioritize, track, and mitigate potential risks to prevent impact on schedule and quality.
Manage product changes and maintain configuration control throughout the development lifecycle.
Promote and enforce early detection mechanisms by driving the implementation of early checks, continuous monitoring, and rapid resolution of identified issues.
Ensure the organization is maintaining adherence to quality control plans and processes; maintain and enhance product design development, verification, and validation processes, to allow high quality of products throughout the entire product life cycle.
Partner with Continuous Improvement to drive Quality process improvement initiatives to reduce customer complaints and internal scrap, including developing and coordinating department project planning.

As a Package Engineer, you will work closely with SI, layout, and ASIC design teams to develop complex, top-of-the-line ASIC packages. You will be responsible for planning schedules, resolving costs, packaging, manufacturing, and electrical design issues.

Leading development of cutting-edge microelectronics packaging of our Networking Business Units future products, evaluating our products for reliability and performance.

Review manufacturability readiness at each milestone.

Join and lead task forces to investigate and support production excursions, failure analysis and reliability issues and establish quality standards.

Monitor substrate and assembly production KPIs and collaborate with cross functional teams to define and monitor Yield Improvement Plans for continuous improvement and establish quality standards.

Lead process changes reviews, prepare and present data in Change Control Board meetings, lead technical reviews of product changes throughout the supply chain.

Our Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for a Post Si Characterization and Validation engineer, to take part of Network ASIC, SOC and SiPh ICs characterization efforts of speed, logic, memory, power and analog circuits both using ATE and system level testing. What you'll be doing:

The position includes taking ownership of characterization of IC performance and power parameters, developing new characterization and analysis capabilities, enabling the qualification of new and improvement of future products. You will define and build the required tests, perform the analysis and present the results and conclusions to a wide forum including leading designers and high-level executives.

Take important part in definition of requirements for post-SI validation, as well as IC power and performance characterization.
