CodeValue is looking for an experienced Program Lead to join a large-scale Enterprise project in the banking and financial services domain. The project involves complex technology environments, multiple teams and stakeholders, and critical Enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to take a central role in driving a strategic technology program in a highly complex and business-critical environment. What You'll Do
* Lead a complex technology program from planning through delivery.
* Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
* Own program governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning.
* Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders.
* Track milestones, deliverables, and overall program progress.
* Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution.
* Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Location: Rishon LeZion Work Model: Hybrid – 1 day per week on-site
Requirements: * Proven experience leading complex technology programs in an Enterprise environment.
* Strong Program / Delivery Management experience.
* Experience with governance, roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in complex technology environments.
* Experience in banking or financial services – a strong advantage.
* Experience in consulting or a multi-customer environment – an advantage.
