Our Productions Division is looking for an experienced and people-oriented IM Line Production Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation responsible for the production and delivery of multidisciplinary products.
Reporting to the VP Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 50 employees, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding quality, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and high employee engagement.
This role is critical to strengthening production capabilities, supporting business growth, and delivering on customer commitments.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead and manage the IM production line to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of ~50 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive productivity, operational performance, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Training teams to ensure production readiness and efficient workflow.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Technology Transfer initiatives, and product lifecycle activities.
Build and maintain production processes, procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
Recruit, develop, and retain production talent to support business needs.
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company standards.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering.
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience managing large teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
Experience in a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in improving productivity, quality, and on-time delivery performance.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies - an advantage.
Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and Technology Transfer processes - an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage.
