The Finance department is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Bookkeeper to join our team and support our global business operations, and help drive financial excellence. In this role, you will become an integral part of the Finance organization, taking ownership of key Accounts Receivable processes while partnering closely with business and operational teams across the company. Reporting to the Israel Revenues and Tax Manager.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing.
Issue customer invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policies and contractual terms.
Monitor customer accounts and support AR collection and reconciliation activities.
Partner closely with Business Operations, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue recognition and financial closing activities.
Prepare periodic reconciliations, work papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Serve as a backup for additional accounting processes as required.
Support compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Requirements: Bookkeeping certification (Type 2 or Type 3).
At least 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with strong AR knowledge.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently from A to Z.
Previous experience in a global high-tech company - Advantage
Experience supporting revenue recognition processes. - Advantage
