Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features and installations to facilitate our rapid iteration and constant growth.
Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale environment.

OCI Network Availability is looking for a senior manager to lead a Networking Engineering team responsible for driving operational excellence within the OCI physical network. Due to the nature of the space, this role is a full-service opportunity, where duties cover the breadth of working day to day with network engineers to build and sustain services and tooling while also working with our partner teams to make it easy for them to manage the OCI network.
In this role you will:
Attract, develop & manage a team of highly skilled Network engineers
Define and develop roadmaps to deliver operational efficiencies
Establish & report on a body of metrics that define service availability
Solve difficult problems in distributed systems, infrastructure, and highly available services
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Network Automation, Network Monitoring, and the Operations Engineering organizations to deliver a highly available service to our customers

We are looking for a Senior Network Technical Lead to own the full technical lifecycle of network and security infrastructure projects - from requirements and design through implementation, customer acceptance, and handover
This is a technical-authority role, not a hands-on-keyboard-only position: the person sets direction for other engineers and is accountable for every design decision on the project.
Core Responsibilities:
Own solution design end-to-end: translate customer requirements into secure, scalable network architectures, and produce HLD and LLD documentation.
Lead technical delivery - installation, configuration, migrations, and upgrades of enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Make and defend architecture and security design decisions spanning routing, switching, firewalling, and access control.
Lead FAT/SAT, customer acceptance, and technical handover, including as-built documentation.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer for the duration of the project.
Set technical direction and mentor other engineers working on the project.
Identify and mitigate technical and security risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors and with the System and Cyber Security teams to ensure integrated delivery
Own and take an active part in integration work for projects both in Israel and abroad, including on-site involvement when required.
