Lead multidisciplinary technology programs from initial planning through successful delivery and deployment.
Gather business and customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications, project plans, and execution roadmaps.
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, deliverables, priorities, and resource allocation.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, proactively identify risks, and drive timely execution.
Work closely with software engineers, AI developers, and Computer Vision algorithm teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or technical engineering roles.
5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, programs, or product development initiatives.
Strong understanding of software architecture, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related technologies.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing customer-facing technical programs.
Excellent planning, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools or modern engineering platforms is an advantage.
