Lead the development of vision algorithms from research and proof of concept through validation, optimization, and production deployment. Build high-performance AI models that power commercial products and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to bring cutting-edge technology into production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize advanced Computer Vision and Image Processing algorithms.
Develop, train, and evaluate Deep Learning models for object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, and visual perception.
Lead algorithm development throughout the full lifecycle-from research and prototyping to production deployment.
Optimize AI models for accuracy, robustness, scalability, and Real-Time performance.
Work with large-
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (Ph.D. is an advantage).
7+ years of hands-on experience developing Computer Vision and AI algorithms.
Extensive experience building Deep Learning models for vision applications.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent Deep Learning frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Computer Vision fundamentals, Image Processing, camera geometry, calibration, and optimization techniques.
Experience developing end-to-end AI solutions from research through production deployment.
Experience optimizing models for Real-Time or high-performance environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R D environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with CUDA, GPU optimization, or distributed training.
