We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Sysadmin to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Active Directory and Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive Exchange online and Teams technologies and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
The position requires on-site presence 4 days per week (and 1 from home): 2 days at our Jerusalem site and 2 days at one of our other locations in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, or Petach Tikva.
What will your job look like:
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory in sync with Entra ID
Manage and support Office365 environment with focus on SharePoint online and Teams
Implement and monitor applications and users authentication (AD, Entra ID)
Manage Users, Group and Computer objects and create Group Policy
Troubleshoot Windows Server Performance issues
Setup Entra ID single sign on (SSO), Enterprise applications and conditional access rules
Support and integrate applications running on Windows platform
Implement security fixes and enchantment across multiple environments
Provide second level support for operations issues in Microsoft environment.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Operations Engineer responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability.
This is an opportunity to bring a combination of deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of our Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements. As a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, you will also guide junior engineers to solve complex problems, take part in large-scale incident bridges and help to build new processes and procedures.
Performs regular administration and conducts standard performance trend analyses and manages server capacity. Performs system configurations and backups independently. Implements monthly, quarterly, or hotfix patches to address security vulnerabilities or bugs across the technical stack. Deploys enhancements to improve the performance, reliability, and security of systems and environments. Resolves complex, critical customer system issues and implements and documents technical solutions. Implements disaster recovery solutions.
Responsibilities
Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software.
Provide technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status.
Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third-party vendors to resolution and coordinate a storage infrastructure of our system and database appliances.
Responsible for our production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; and work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environment.
This team will provide support and administration on a 24/7 basis and will require rotation across day and night shifts.
