In this role, you will support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes while assisting with resolving day-to-day finance-related queries. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving financial workflows.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
Act as a first point of contact for finance-related inquiries from internal teams
Support the review and validation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies at scale
Support tax-related processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial records and documentation
Contribute to process improvements to streamline financial workflows
Participate in cross-functional projects under the guidance of the team manager .

As the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the companys foundational treasury function, with full oversight of cash management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange activities. In this capacity, you will play a central role in building and advancing treasury capabilities from the ground up, while ensuring the functions roadmap is strategically aligned with and actively supports the companys broader business objectives.

In this role you will:
Focus on operational excellence, developing and maintaining best-in-class treasury processes and controls, and leveraging automated solutions to support growth.
Manage and oversee the company's group cash requirements, including daily liquidity, focusing on improvement opportunities and ensuring proper controls and procedures.
Build, own and manage treasury policies, procedures, systems, and controls for effective cash management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions, supporting worldwide banking system administration.
Establish foreign exchange risk policy and implement strategies to manage and mitigate FX exposures.
Produce accurate and timely treasury reports for senior stakeholders, including presentations to executives and the Board of Directors.
Forecast and plan cash flow to ensure cash optimization and the availability of sufficient funds for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Lead strategic initiatives and provide strategic advice and financial analysis to support decision-making across the company.
Support the maintenance of the companys global insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Forecasting & Planning: Drive forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis, owning the numbers end-to-end and delivering actionable insights to mid- and senior leadership.
* Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives, drive alignment across finance and business teams, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
* Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop FP&A teams, manage priorities across multiple workstreams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
* Build & Automate Workstreams: Identify manual, repetitive FP&A processes and rebuild them, using AI tools, scripts, and automation to make the team faster and leaner.
* Pricing Analysis: Conduct deal-level pricing analysis, delivering data-driven recommendations to sales and management.
* Sales Commission Management: Own commission calculations, accruals, and payments end-to-end.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare reporting packages and board/exec presentations.
* Accounting Collaboration: Partner with accounting on close processes, expense recording, and reporting accuracy.
