We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our employees and business operations, administer our corporate technology environment, and implement technologies that help our business scale. You'll play a key role in delivering secure and reliable technology that supports our global workforce while partnering with teams across the organization. You'll work with Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, AI-powered productivity tools, and a diverse portfolio of cloud-based business applications, helping build and continuously improve our Corporate IT capabilities.


What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and manage employee IT requests across the organization.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, business applications and end-user technology issues for employees both remotely and in the office.
Administer Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji and other cloud-based business applications, including user accounts, licenses, permissions and application access.
Partner with the Security Specialist to implement security controls and support identity and access management.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, devices, application access and IT asset management.
Support the company's predominantly macOS environment using Kandji.
Support workplace technology, including workstations, meeting rooms, networking, printers, and collaboration tools, while coordinating with external IT vendors.
Configure and deploy new SaaS platforms and support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts in accordance with established change management processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that address business needs.
Partner with the development team to evaluate, implement and support secure AI-powered tools and solutions that improve business processes and employee productivity.
Recommend and implement improvements that enhance the employee technology experience and internal IT operations.
