We seek an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D Hardware team.

A day in the life and how youll make an impact:

Develop and own mechanical modules of products.
Develop and integrate new components and modules into the system.
Collaborate with system engineers, electrical engineers, and software teams to develop next-gen features and products.
Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs
Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications

We are looking for an Operations Product Engineer to drive operational excellence across the full product lifecycle - from NPI transfer to mass production and legacy product support.
Key Responsibilities:
Legacy Product Ownership:
Manage and sustain legacy products throughout their lifecycle
Lead ECO processes from creation through implementation
Manage EOL activities, AVL updates, and second-source qualifications
Monitor component lifecycle, risks, and supply continuity
PLM & Documentation Control:
Maintain accurate product documentation (BOMs, drawings, work instructions, etc.)
Manage configuration control and documentation updates in PLM systems (Agile)
Ensure all production documentation is complete, approved, and current
NPI to Production Handshake:
Facilitate smooth transition of new products into mass production
Validate production readiness: BOM maturity, test plans, jigs, calibration needs, workflows
Work closely with R&D, NPI, Quality, and PE teams to ensure alignment
Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) for implementation and verification
Production Support & Continuous Improvement:
Provide daily engineering support to production lines
Drive improvements in yield, cycle times, and work instructions
Support root-cause analyses and CAPA activities
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities and cost reduction
Test Equipment Management:
Manage test equipment and documentation for ATE test equipment
Ensure test stations and fixtures meet readiness standards
Coordinate preventative maintenance with internal teams and CMs.

We are looking for a versatile Senior Software R&D Engineer and a dedicated team member to join our multidisciplinary group. This role places a heavy emphasis on hardware bring-up, low-level software development, and collaborative engineering. You will be a core player in a tight-knit team, moving seamlessly between different phases of system creation-from architecting board support packages (BSPs) and troubleshooting new hardware boards to designing high-performance application features.
Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.
Responsibilities:
Active Team Member: Collaborate daily within a diverse R&D team. Brainstorm solutions, conduct peer code reviews, and share knowledge to elevate the teams capabilities.
Hardware Bring-up & BSP: Lead the software-side bring-up of next-generation hardware. Design, develop, and debug Board Support Packages (BSPs) to seamlessly bridge the hardware-software boundary.
HW/SW Integration: Partner closely with hardware engineers to diagnose system-level bottlenecks, read schematics, and ensure optimal hardware performance.
Real-Time Feature Implementation: Design and develop high-performance software features and real-time application layers for our flagship product.
Product Implementation Design: Translate complex product requirements into scalable, highly reliable software designs and system architecture.

We are looking for a NPI Configuration Engineer to join our team. The NPI Configuration Engineer will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects and ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing.

Your Day to Day
Own all engineering documentation: drawings, BOMs, work instructions, PNs
Manage engineering change processes (ECOs, MCOs, product revisions) end-to-end
Maintain data integrity in PDM/PLM and ERP systems (Priority, SolidPDM- advantage)
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from design to small-scale and mass production (including DFM/DFA/DFT, vendor support, and configuration control)
Participate in design reviews and support risk mitigation during development
Identify opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives

We are looking for an ideal candidates who will be actively involved in testing industry-leading features in the FW sector, able to rapidly acquire new feature knowledge, conduct both manual and automated tests, and contribute to the development of automation systems.

What you'll be doing:
Review arch design and requirements documents for new features introduced in several domains like Switch/HCA/NVL/Linkx FW.
Design, develop, and perform tests for the new features, as part of FW GA or update releases.
Automate newly added tests in the existing automation framework, and add new capabilities and features to the framework.
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, and raise if not fixed.
Conduct tests in various areas, including regression, performance, functional, and security. Keep track of testing progress and generate summary reports of testing activities.
Fully collaborate with different external teams like : :product marketing, R&D, and verification.
Define and build setups topologies for appropriate product coverage.

Own the architecture and implementation of a major sub-component, such as the entire receiver AFE or the clocking/Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) distribution network.
Design the critical "suspension system" (e.g., Equalization/CTLE, ADC) that allows the digital core to function perfectly despite a noisy, high-loss channel.
Lead the definition and design of test chips to verify out novel topologies and circuit techniques in next-generation Gate-All-Around (GAA) nodes.
Collaborate with DSP, firmware, and system architects to define hardware/software partitioning and interface specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on the team.

Responsibilities
Lead the verification of an edge AI IP, to be used in our edge-AI products.
Lead a team of chip verification engineers. Plan tasks, allocate people, hold verification design/code reviews, and drive verification execution.
Plan the verification of digital design blocks, including writing test plans, and other verification documents.
Code development of verification features and capabilities, and participate in RTL debug.
Work closely with Architecture, Software, Design, and Physical Design stakeholders to make technical decisions and represent project status throughout the development process.
