Requirements:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Practical Engineer (PE) with strong, proven experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ATE development, technical problem solving, and production line support.
Proven expertise in both RF and digital hardware design and testing.
Deep understanding of system-level architecture and the ability to lead technical decisions based on schematics and high-level block diagrams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test setups and product failures.
Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators) and digital scopes, logic analyzers, etc.
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for test automation Python - a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Experienced with High-speed design, DDR4, FPGA, mixed-signal
Experienced in DC/DC design and simulation
Hands-on lab experience in signal and power analysis and debug

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in digital Physical Design with a proven track record of tapeouts on FinFET nodes (N7 and below)
Deep expertise in full-chip and block-level floorplanning, clock architecture, STA, PnR, and physical sign-off
Expert proficiency in EDA tools: Synopsys ICC2/Fusion, Cadence Innovus, Calibre, PrimeTime, RedHawk / Voltus, StarRC / Quantus
Advanced Python and TCL scripting - ability to architect large-scale PD automation frameworks and flow infrastructure
Proven experience in flow development: designing, implementing, and owning end-to-end backend design flows at team or organization level
Demonstrated experience or vision for applying Agentic AI methodologies to EDA challenges - autonomous agents, AI-driven optimization, LLM-assisted debugging
Strong communication skills - ability to present methodology decisions, risk assessments, and tapeout readiness to senior management
Experience with power optimization (DVFS, multi-Vt, power domains, UPF/CPF)

Requirements:
Proven experience in SMT / PCBA assembly manufacturing.
Strong understanding of the full PCBA assembly flow, from bare PCB and kit preparation through SMT, reflow, inspection, cleaning, coating, rework, and final acceptance.
Experience working with external EMS / PCBA contractors.
Good understanding of IPC workmanship and assembly standards.
Ability to read and review PCB fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing files.
Practical experience with common SMT defects, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Experience supporting NPI builds and transferring products from engineering to production.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with contractors, engineers, buyers, and quality teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience with high-reliability, aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, or other regulated electronics.
Familiarity with IPC Class 3 requirements.
Experience with conformal coating, underfill, staking, bonding, cleaning validation, and contamination control.
Experience with BGA/QFN/LGA assembly inspection and X-ray review.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication constraints and DFM/DFT principles.
Experience writing manufacturing requirements, assembly notes, and process specifications.
Experience participating in audits or supplier qualification activities.
