חברה חסויה
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo and Haifa
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We are looking for a Corporate controller to join our finance organization and help us scale the rigor, systems, and financial judgment of the company as it grows.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines deep technical accounting judgment with genuine fluency in how venture-backed companies operate - someone equally comfortable defending a revenue recognition position under US GAAP and explaining why a customer's NRR trend matters to valuation.

This is a player-coach position. You will personally own specific hands-on areas of our finance operation in NetSuite while also acting as a strategic partner to the CFO and a technical resource across the finance function. You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and other finance leadership, and will be expected to take on materially greater scope as the function matures.

Position location: Haifa site or Tel Aviv site with travelling twice a week to Haifa ,Hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop our existing accounting team (currently two bookkeepers and one payroll controller), setting the standard for accuracy, process, and technical judgment as the team grows.

Partner with the CFO on financial process design, identifying where manual, spreadsheet-driven workarounds should be replaced with scalable, systemized processes in NetSuite.

Support fundraising, audit, and investor-facing workstreams, including data room preparation, as needed.

Actively use AI and modern tooling to accelerate technical accounting research, close processes, and reporting - rather than defaulting to manual work.

Serve as a financially fluent business partner: understand and speak knowledgeably about unit economics, preferred equity structures, NRR and other key SaaS/startup metrics, valuation drivers, and competitive moat - and connect those concepts to our numbers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations on deal structuring and its accounting implications.

Own multi-entity and intercompany accounting, including translating transfer pricing policy into intercompany journal entries and reconciliations across our legal entities in NetSuite.
Requirements:
Requirements:

CPA (or equivalent professional accounting credential).

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Prior experience at a Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier) audit firm, with direct experience preparing and supporting technical accounting positions through partner review.

5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including exposure to a venture-backed startup environment.

Proven managerial experience.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly around billing, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash processes.

Practical experience with multi-entity accounting, including translating transfer pricing arrangements into intercompany journal entries and reconciliations within an ERP.

Genuine day-to-day fluency with AI tools in finance workflows (e.g., agentic assistants like Claude Cowork, Office/Excel AI add-ins, or equivalent).

Familiarity with payroll processes and requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including both the US and foreign sites.

Genuine fluency in startup and venture mechanics: preferred vs. common equity, cap tables, unit economics, and key SaaS/startup KPIs such as NRR, and how these connect to valuation and competitive positioning.

Sharp, self-driven, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete process.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical accounting conclusions for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

MBA.

Prior experience in a company that scaled from an earlier stage through significant growth in headcount, entities, or geographic footprint.

Exposure to fundraising processes, board reporting, or investor due diligence.
This position is open to all candidates.

11/08/2026
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're hiring an AI-First Director of Finance & Compliance to own the financial backbone of a fast-scaling fintech company. Youll lead financial operations, planning, tax, compliance, and reporting - with AI as the operating system, not a layer on top. Every workflow you touch gets rebuilt for speed and leverage. Manual processes are technical debt and your job is to eliminate them. You will also oversee our payment compliance function - KYB/KYC, transaction monitoring, and financial crime risk - ensuring it scales with Anchors growth without adding headcount.

Reporting to the CFO. Hands-on builder. Deeply tech savvy - you configure and adopt tools yourself, you dont wait for someone else to set them up. Startup speed, public-company rigor.

Responsibility
●Oversee the books. Manage the external bookkeeping firm handling GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

●Own financial reporting. Build AI-generated reporting pipelines for monthly and quarterly P&L analysis, unaudited quarterly reports, and annual audits - reducing the manual assembly time and making reporting continuously current rather than periodic.

●Lead tax compliance for U.S. and Israeli operations. Ensure adherence to all statutory financial requirements.

●Own FP&A. AI-driven forecasting, scenario modeling, and cash flow management - not spreadsheet-based. Models update dynamically, scenarios run in minutes, and board packages are generated from live data.

●Manage treasury. Cash flow, AP, AR, expenses, capital allocation, and revenue recognition - using AI to automate routine categorization, payment scheduling, and variance alerts so nothing falls through the cracks at scale.

●Drive board and investor reporting. Financial packages, KPI dashboards, and investor updates.

●Own regulatory compliance. Build and maintain compliance frameworks. Use AI-driven monitoring to flag risks and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

●Implement internal controls. Design and implement internal controls with AI-assisted monitoring - continuous audit trails, automated exception reporting, and real-time audit readiness rather than point-in-time preparation.

●Support capital strategy, including fundraising readiness and strategic financial decisions.

●Partner with leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing, Dev and Operations to align financial planning with company goals.

●Support pricing and deal structure decisions with financial modeling and margin analysis.

●Oversee payment compliance operations. Own the KYB/KYC and CIP onboarding workflows, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and case investigations - using AI-assisted review queues to surface high-risk signals and reduce manual triage so the compliance function scales with transaction volume without scaling headcount.
Requirements:
●Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) plus 4+ years in controller roles at commercial companies, ideally startups, and ideally with 1 promotion.

●AI-first operator. You can name the financial workflows you have automated, the tools you implemented, and the time or accuracy gains you measured. Not curious about AI - already using it to outperform.

●FP&A strength. Proven ability to build models, forecasts, and board-level reporting from scratch in a high-growth environment.

● Deeply tech savvy. You evaluate and implement tools yourself - ERP systems, agentic AI, and accounting platforms. You dont wait for someone else to set them up. High proficiency in Excel is a floor, not a ceiling.

●Startup grit. Thrives in ambiguity. Hands-on while building infrastructure around you.

●Strong communicator. Translates complex financial topics into clear language for leadership, board, and investors

●CPA with Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Dual degrees (Law/Accounting, Accounting/Economics) preferred.
This position is open to all candidates.
