- Serve as the lead financial point of contact for a diverse portfolio of startup clients, managing relationships with founders and CEOs.
- Oversee comprehensive financial operations, accounting, and reporting from end to end.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ensure precision in financial modeling and data analysis to support client decision-making.
Work Model: Current: 100% Remote.
Starting Sep: 2 days a week from our new offices in the Ramat Gan Bursa district, 3 days from home.
Requirements: - CPA with Big 4 internship/experience- Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years experience working within an outsourced financial services firm (Mid-level position)- Mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling- Mandatory.
- Proven experience in the tech/startup ecosystem, with a deep understanding of its unique operational pace- Mandatory.
- Ability to work independently- Mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems- Priority is a significant advantage.
- Highly organized "hands-on" professional with strong representative skills and a service-oriented, formal approach.
