Administrative Assistant | CX Engineering | Part-Time 50 % | Hybrid
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CX Engineering leadership team in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
What you'll do:
Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Support tech events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Assist with organizing offsites, happy hours, team events, and day-to-day operations.
Work with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, POs, vendors, and invoices.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Manage registrations for training sessions and technology events.
Requirements: Previous administrative experience, required.
Experience working in a technology company or tech environment, an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
Good communication skills and a good level of English.
