We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to support our global commercial organization and work closely with our senior leadership team.
This is not a back-office role. We are looking for someone who understands how sales organizations work, knows how to turn data into decisions, and is eager to be in the middle of the action rather than on the sidelines of it. You will own the operational engine of our global sales organization, from Salesforce governance and pipeline visibility through to forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis, while working closely with senior leadership to translate insights into action.
The right person for this role has a strong Sales Operations foundation and the mindset to go beyond it. You are someone who takes ownership naturally, moves fast, thinks commercially, and uses AI and modern tools not because you have to but because you want to. You are proactive by nature, not because someone asked you to be, and you are excited by the idea of growing quickly in a global company where your work will be visible from day one.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Kfar Saba office, supporting a global commercial organization across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve global Sales Operations processes, reporting, and governance across the commercial organization.
Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce dashboards, pipeline reports, data quality frameworks, and sales performance metrics.
Support the CRO and commercial leadership with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and business performance reviews.
Identify revenue risks, pipeline gaps, and growth opportunities through structured data analysis and commercial thinking.
Partner with regional sales teams to improve CRM adoption, opportunity management, and process discipline.
Support the preparation and execution of business reviews, including analysis, executive presentations, and follow-up tracking.
Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic decisions into clear operational actions and cross-functional coordination.
Drive commercial initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency across the revenue organization.
Identify process gaps proactively and recommend improvements without waiting to be asked.

Knowledge and Experience
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business-facing role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including dashboards, reports, pipeline management, and data quality.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to build reports, track KPIs, and translate data into business insights.
Experience working with or supporting global sales teams or senior commercial leadership.
Full professional proficiency in English, including daily written and verbal interaction with global stakeholders.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, or operational workflows.
Advantages
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or another complex B2B technology environment.
Experience supporting QBR processes, forecasting cycles, or executive business reviews.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with sales enablement, onboarding coordination, or process adoption programs.
Additional languages beyond English.
