This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and direct interaction with customers across Israel. The role involves extensive fieldwork, physical activity, and working at heights. What You'll Do:
* Provide on-site and remote technical support for SolarEdge products and systems installed throughout Israel.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, hardware, software, and communication issues involving inverters, power optimizers, batteries, EV chargers, and energy management solutions.
* Perform testing, system diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacement as required.
* Document service activities, case updates, and resolutions using the SolarEdge CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer service.
* Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience while representing SolarEdge in the field.
* Travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.

Requirements: * Technician or Practical Engineer qualification in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
* Valid Israeli Chief Electrician License (רישיון חשמלאי ראשי) – required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical field service role.
* Valid Israeli driver's license ('רישיון סוג ג).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical and electromechanical systems.
* Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of spoken and written Hebrew and English.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple service calls.
