In this role, you will help build the evolution of our DOCA Networking software stack - the accelerated infrastructure framework powering AI factories and distributed computing platforms. You will drive software innovation from vision to real-world impact, influencing some of the most advanced computing systems in the world. As part of the DOCA Product Group, you will lead software strategy for ConnectX NIC and BlueField DPU platforms - key pillars of our data center and AI networking strategy - helping build the intelligent infrastructure of tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Product-strategy for DOCA networking stack and products across their life-cycle: from vision and inception, through detailed customer & ecosystem requirements, roadmap crafting, market introduction, growing into in-scale delivery, and product improvement cycles.

Orchestrate a unified technical strategy between AI product teams, engineering teams, and customers to advocate the use of DOCA libraries & microservices, and to develop new DOCA APIs and services for new deployments.

Drive multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to establish priorities and define precise, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.

Forge strong partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners - actively listening to their technical needs, delivering expert mentorship, and supporting successful, large-scale AI (and other) deployments that drive their strategic goals.

Create use cases and reference applications to demonstrate product value to technical and executive audiences.

Gather insights to define future products, including analysis of complementary and competitive products and customer feedback.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our passionate marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Product Marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns that support the growth and long-term success of our product portfolio. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the launch and promotion of our powersports and outdoor communication solutions. As a key member of our high-performing marketing team, you will serve as the companys product expert - deeply familiar with our competitive landscape, creative in developing compelling product-related collateral, and confident in presenting it to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
*Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the companys offices at Raanana/from home)
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive Product Marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our product lines.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Identify areas for improvement and inform on future product development strategies.
* Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to define product positioning, messaging, and target customer profiles.
* Create compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with our target customers and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our
* consumer and partners portfolio.
* Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and overseeing marketing campaigns.
* Act as a subject matter expert on consumer electronics trends, powersport market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to develop sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Create and manage the production of marketing collaterals such as sales presentations, product datasheets, website content, demo videos, installation, and user guides.
* Ensure that the messaging is consistent and effectively communicates the product's value to customers by doing user testing and other means
* Gather & analyze market feedback, customer insights, and sales data to continuously improve Product Marketing strategies and optimize the product lifecycle.
* Build strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand awareness and drive positive product reviews and endorsements.

The Cloud cUAS Product Manager will manage all the strategic and all requirement aspects of the Cloud cUAS offering, transforming the way cUAS systems are defined and operated by both governmental and enterprise organizations.
The Product Manager will report to the Chief Product Officer.
Scope - Specific Duties and Activities:
As a subject matter expert, the Cloud Product manager will be responsible for all product definitions and oversight the implementation with the R&D and cloud service providers including:
Product strategy definitions, vision and multi-year goals
Define the Product requirements with implementation phases scope for 1 year ahead, including new capabilities and values, security standards, data sharing & retention and more
Define business strategy, pricing models and new value proposition of cloud offering.
Select (together with R&D) the most suitable cloud service providers, technologies and tools to meet the requirements, while taking into consideration both enterprise and governmental sectors.
Work tightly with the R&D to implement the product definitions with well-defined business & development milestones
Create the core descriptions and messages to enable the marketing team to create the sales enablement tools.
