As a Senior Product Manager focused on Switch Hardware Platforms, you will drive the development, definition, and lifecycle management of high-end networking systems for AI fabrics. Your work will directly impact the performance, scalability, and reliability of next-generation network infrastructure, enabling customers to deploy and operate large-scale networks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Act as a hardware product expert specializing in high-end networking systems and system-level architecture, providing strategic direction across the product lifecycle.
Define and lead hardware product strategy, including system architecture, platform definition, and roadmap planning for next-generation switching and routing platforms.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop product specifications, drive design trade-offs, and deliver high-quality hardware systems including PCB design, thermal solutions, power systems, and mechanical architecture.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through development, validation, manufacturing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Work with contract manufacturers, ODMs, and supply chain partners to ensure successful product manufacturing, certification, and deployment at scale.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and support customer engagements.
Engage with customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize features that enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvements and future product iterations.
Prepare and present product plans, business cases, and status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

This is a platform product role, not a task-automation role. The right candidate understands how to turn real telecom operations needs into reusable product foundations: intent and policy models, lifecycle orchestration, service and topology context, assurance, observability, troubleshooting, remediation, and continuous verification. You know what operations teams want from an autonomous networks tool: lower manual toil, safer changes, faster activation, lower MTTR, better service visibility, and automation they can trust in production.
You also understand how Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 telecom operators differ in scale, staffing, process rigor, brownfield complexity, integration realities, and economic pressure-and how those differences should shape product strategy, UX, deployment approach, and autonomy boundaries.
The successful candidate will not only define AI-enabled product capabilities for operators, but will also operate as an AI-native product leader, using modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, requirements, prioritization, decision-making, and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a key member of the Network Automation Product Management team which continues to adopt and expand the daily use of modern AI tools while creating workflows to accelerate customer insight synthesis, PRD and epic authoring, backlog shaping, roadmap scenario analysis, competitive intelligence, release readiness, and product analytics-driving faster execution and higher-quality product decisions.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our companys automation and autonomy capabilities across Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, and ongoing network operations. Define the core product foundations required for an autonomous operations platform, including:
o Intent and policy models
o service and resource models
o topology and dependency context
o state reconciliation
o workflow orchestration
o assurance and observability
o remediation and outcome verification
Define the data and context layer needed for autonomy and AI to operate safely and accurately, including inventory, topology, service context, telemetry, alarms, events, policies, historical actions, and operational outcomes
Define the products autonomy model: when the system should recommend an action, when it should require operator approval, and when it can act automatically within policy guardrails.

we are seeking an experienced Product Owner focused on the Analytics domain of our X‑Sight platform. This role owns the execution and iterative improvement of capabilities to achieve the analytics vision-including risk scoring, detection model development, insights frameworks, and analytical workflows that support Financial Crime and Compliance outcomes.
The Analytics Product Owner will define and prioritize requirements that elevate decisioning accuracy, expand analytical coverage, increase explainability, and improve model and rule operationalization.
You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Customer Success, and cross‑product stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative analytics capabilities across our multi‑tenant SaaS platform-ensuring they meet the expectations of a modern FCC analytics ecosystem.

Define and refine the roadmap and backlog for the Analytics domain.
Translate market needs and requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories.
Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design and deliver analytics capabilities.
Enhance model lifecycle management, versioning, and monitoring workflows.
Collaborate with Cloud Ops to ensure scalability, cost‑efficiency, and reliability.
Establish KPIs, monitoring signals, and quality checks for analytics reliability.
Work with Support and SMEs to reduce friction and improve analytical clarity.
Contribute to documentation, demos, and enablement for analytics enhancements.
Ensure alignment with multi‑tenant SaaS architecture and governance models.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver new analytic innovations.
