What Youll Be Doing:
Marketing: working directly with senior executives & decision-makers in international medical, high-tech, startups, technology, and software companies.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management: creating marketing strategies and GTM plans for clients.
Marketing operations: Planning and executing campaigns (digital campaigns, social media activities, productions, events, conventions etc.), budget management.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, managing execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and track ROI.
Manage Client Relationships: Act as the key contact for clients, ensuring and providing full service and maintenance for our clients according to their marketing strategy.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Event Production: End-to-end management of events, including working with suppliers and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles.
Background in the high-tech /SAAS / B2B Companies is an advantage.
Digital Marketing: Experience in the digital & social media worlds - creating GTM plans, and working closely with digital & social media teams, familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and online platforms (Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.)
Team leadership: Proven experience in inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.
Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.
Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
