In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure. You will drive automation initiatives, improve CI/CD processes, enhance system reliability, and support engineering teams in delivering production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate is an AWS expert with deep Kubernetes experience, strong infrastructure automation skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS and hybrid infrastructure
* Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads
* Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
* Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related technologies
* Drive automation initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while implementing observability solutions
* Collaborate with development, security, and customer-facing teams to improve deployment and operational processes

Advantages:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security practices into our DevOps pipeline, ensuring secure software development, deployment, and infrastructure.

You will automate and own security tooling, Integrate SAST, DAST, container/IaC scans, and secret detection into our CI/CD, continuously improving the stack. Harden application security, embed secure-coding best practices, OWASP Top-10 defenses, and threat modeling throughout the SDLC. Raise cloud security standards, keep our cloud environments aligned with best practice to mitigate any risk.



Key Responsibilities:

Secure CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate security into continuous integration and delivery workflows (CI/CD).
Automation & Tooling: Implement and manage tools for static and dynamic code analysis (SAST, DAST), software composition analysis (SCA), and secrets management.
Cloud Security: Ensure infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are secure and compliant.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up security monitoring and logging; support incident response and forensic analysis.
Policy & Compliance: Work with compliance teams to enforce standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or HIPAA, depending on your environment.
Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between development, operations, and security to ensure alignment and shared responsibility for security.

You will operate at the intersection of cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, and operational excellence, taking end-to-end ownership of platform reliability, scalability, and long-term sustainability while working closely with engineering, architecture, CX, and FinOps.

This position is based in Israel, operating in a hybrid model (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

What youll do:

Own the design, implementation, and operation of AWS infrastructure environments, including account structure, core services, and shared platform components.
Define and maintain infrastructure architecture standards using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), ensuring consistency, reusability, and auditability.
Architect and operate AWS networking at scale, including VPC design, subnetting strategies, routing models, and connectivity patterns.
Drive GitOps-based infrastructure delivery, enforcing PR-driven change management, controlled environment promotion, and drift remediation.
Establish and evolve infrastructure observability: metrics, logs, dashboards, alerting strategies, and operational signals for platform-owned services.
Lead complex infrastructure incidents and root-cause investigations, translating findings into durable architectural and operational improvements.
Act as a technical focal point for infrastructure decisions, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, CX, and FinOps to align platform capabilities with business and product needs.
Own infrastructure documentation, including reference architectures, runbooks, lifecycle guidance, and operational standards.
