We are looking for a Pricing Manager to own our pricing strategy across our portfolio - both transforming existing models and designing pricing for new products and features. Were open to candidates from a range of backgrounds - pricing strategy, RevOps, deal desk, pre-sales, or business consulting. What matters most is senior-level commercial experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to lead complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
As a Pricing Manager you will...
Pricing Strategy: Design and evolve pricing and packaging models across our product portfolio - including new product and feature launches - defining value metrics, tier structures, and bundling logic in collaboration with Product, Finance, and Sales.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead pricing initiatives independently from scoping through execution and monitoring, driving cross-functional alignment and delivering results without requiring close supervision
GTM Program Management: Oversee execution of Go-to-Market programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and operational excellence
Quote-to-Cash Alignment: Ensure pricing decisions are accurately reflected in Q2C systems and processes - working with RevOps, Legal, and Finance on CPQ configuration, order forms, billing, entitlements, and compliance requirements
Change Management: Plan and drive adoption of pricing changes across internal teams and customers, including communication, readiness, and ongoing support
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights that sharpen pricing and GTM strategy
AI-Augmented Ways of Working: Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and others) as a natural part of your workflow - for research, analysis, and synthesis - and help build a culture of AI-enabled productivity within the team
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership to communicate progress, build consensus, and drive support for key pricing initiatives.

The Director of Tax is a senior finance leader responsible for building and leading a best-in-class global tax function to support our Globals strategic, operational, and compliance objectives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee all aspects of global tax, including corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

This position will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and external advisors to ensure tax-efficient operations, mitigate risks, and support scalable global growth. The Director of Tax will play a critical role in shaping our tax strategy as the company continues to expand internationally and evolve its business model.

Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the companys global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance across jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, and payroll-related taxes.
Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions (ASC 740) and support financial reporting requirements.
Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and ensure proper documentation and compliance globally.
Partner with Finance and Legal on structuring international operations, intercompany transactions, and new market entries.
Monitor global tax legislation and proactively assess impacts on the business.
Lead relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
Drive tax risk management, including audits, controversies, and dispute resolution.
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimize the companys effective tax rate and cash tax position.
Support M&A activities, including tax due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams on tax implications of new offerings, including global payroll and payments solutions.
Drive automation, process improvements, and scalability in tax reporting and compliance processes.

We are looking for a Director of Global Accounts Receivable & Billing to lead and scale our global billing and collections operations. This role plays a critical part in the companys revenue realization by ensuring accurate billing operations, efficient collections, and strong visibility into cash flow performance.
The position combines strategic Global leadership with deep operational understanding, requiring a leader who can oversee the full Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle, drive automation and process improvements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
What you'll do:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage a large global Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Compliance function, ensuring operational excellence across all regions
Manage and mentor the global Billing and AR teams, ensuring clear ownership, workload prioritization, and continuous development
Order-to-Cash Ownership
Own the end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate billing, timely invoicing, and efficient collections
Maintain a strong operational understanding while driving strategic improvements across the Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle
Oversee billing data integrity processes
Approve and oversee critical financial actions
Monitor and escalate high-value and high-risk customer accounts
Financial Performance & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key AR and billing KPIs, driving initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances
Monitor operational performance through dashboards and reporting tools, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Tesorio, Looker, and internal reports
Develop and maintain cash collection forecasts, including monthly adjustments and annual planning
Prepare and present executive-level reporting and presentations, including AR aging, collections performance, KPIs, targets vs. actuals, and risk analysis
Process Improvement & System
Work with Operations and technical teams to identify systemic issues and promote automation across the billing and collections processes
Lead finance and operational projects, including system improvements and UAT processes
