The Director of Tax is a senior finance leader responsible for building and leading a best-in-class global tax function to support our Globals strategic, operational, and compliance objectives. We empower enterprises and service providers with cutting-edge Storage platforms that redefine performance, reliability, and cyber resilience at scale. We are looking for a talented and committed Assistant Controller to join our corporate finance team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting in preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to the controllership team.
* Collaborate with treasury on cash flow forecasting and planning.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Monitor, review and ensure timely payment to vendors.
* Manage the collection process.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Significant experience at a Big 4 audit firm.
* Excellent English - written and verbal.
* Strong team player.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and professional skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Netsuite - an advantage
* Experience working with large ERP systems.
* Experience in a global work environment.
