Requirements:
5+ years in infrastructure or DevOps engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams (managing 3+ engineers, as manager or tech lead).
Strong development background - The
team builds tools for developers; a coding mindset is essential (Python, Go, Node.js or similar).
Deep Kubernetes expertise - Production experience with EKS and/or GKE, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), service mesh, resource management, and multi-tenant cluster operations.
GitOps & CI/CD mastery - Deep hands-on with ArgoCD or Flux, kustomize/Helm, rollout strategies, deployment safety, change ownership, and audit trails.
AWS platform depth - EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFront, IAM/IRSA, VPC networking, RDS, cost optimization levers.
Observability mindset - Proven experience building and operating monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/Coralogix); SLO-driven thinking, actionable alerting, runbook culture.
AI-first mindset - Actively uses AI tools (Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development and ops workflows.
Platform engineering background - Experience building self-service developer platforms, golden paths, and internal tooling that reduces team dependency on DevOps.
People leadership skills - You've hired, mentored, and grown engineers; conducted performance reviews; and built high-trust, high-performing teams.
Ownership & Communication - own outcomes end-to-end, escalate only when truly blocked, and translate infrastructure complexity into business impact.
Bonus points if you have:
GCP experience (advantage) - GKE, GCS, Cloud Run, or hybrid multi-cloud operations.
Video streaming infrastructure - HLS, RTMP, CDN optimization, live video pipelines.
FinOps / cost optimization - Cost attribution, right-sizing, storage lifecycle policies, etc.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift
AWS Solution Architect certification - mandatory
Deep experience designing AWS architectures
Experience working in multi-account AWS environments
Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security
Experience with GitOps methodologies
Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains

Experience implementing FinOps frameworks and optimizing cloud spend.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent \ or army service with proven experience in leading DevOps domain
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles
At least 1 year of experience leading a DevOps team
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform

Requirements:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud environments
At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a consulting or customer-facing environment

Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, preferably in a global/distributed setup.
Deep understanding of Fintech or E-commerce backend systems (Ledgers, Payment , Tax Engines, or Transactional Integrity and Financial reports ).
Strong background in .NET / C# and distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and high-throughput microservices.
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases at scale.
Expert at navigating the SDLC in a High-Pace environment, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term system stability.
Excellent communication skills in English , mitigation capabilities , ability to context switch.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects.
Experience from a telecommunications company - advantage.
Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
Ability to work effectively during both heavy workload peaks and quieter periods.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or related fields.
