We are seeking a Product Technical Architect to join the elite CTO Experts team, an exclusive and global group. Our mission is to spread the power by mastering the product inside and out, guiding the world's leading cloud security teams to secure their cloud using an entirely new security approach. This role combines deep technical ownership with hands-on execution, driving product innovation and strategic influence while serving as a key bridge between Product, R&D, and customers.
WHAT YOULL DO
Own a critical technology domain.
Serve as the top technical authority for product architecture, complex escalations, and field challenges.
Identify & Close Critical Product Gaps: Proactively identify customer needs and product limitations, develop tools and Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) to address them.
Hands-on Problem Solving: On any given day, you may model customer environments, write scripts, conduct tests, build dashboards, and implement product improvements.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with the world's leading cloud security teams, meeting directly with strategic customers to understand their challenges and architect bespoke solutions.
Develop Novel Tools: Continuously innovate by building new automations, analytical engines, and AI-driven PoCs (e.g., for test generation).
Internal Enablement: Formalize product knowledge for internal and external reference and build knowledge for customers and field technical experts.

In this position, you will be a key member in the pre-sales process, working directly with global startup customers and cross-functioning with account managers to develop AWS solutions for the customers.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet business requirements and create cost-efficient, highly available, and scalable solutions for customers, including Well-Architected reviews and SoW.
Research and analyze current solutions and initiate improvement plans.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed and developed according to best practices.
Share your knowledge with our customers and the cloud community by participating in public speaking engagements such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and more.
Frequent travels - locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).

Were looking for an Sr Solutions Architect responsible for advising on Generative AI, core services and also to provide technical pre-sales guidance to strategic customers while building long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing them.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory: Act as a technical and strategic advisor in the field to provide architectural guidance in the GenAI space and recommendations necessary to promote & help customers overcome technical challenges and scale securely on AWS.
Pre-Sales Architecture: Serve as a pre-sales Solutions Architect to guide customers on best practices and ensure cost optimization.
Relationship Management: Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives.
Business Growth: Collaborate with Account Executives to drive service adoption and ensure success in the long term.
Travels: locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).

We are looking for a Solution Architect, System Integrator to join our team. 
What you will be doing:
As a Solution Architect at our company, you will be an essential member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team. You will collaborate with product, sales and engineering to deliver the latest security and identity products.
You will be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers during post-sale activities.
Providing technical solutions to meet customers business and technical goals.
Lead the technical aspect of a production deployment in our customers environment including deployment design, technical assistance during the deployment, troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.
Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues that may arise during deployment.
Provide technical support for our customers after the deployment was completed.
Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers.
Provide input and feedback to engineering and development teams.
Maintain expert knowledge of our products to develop and present unique solutions and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas.
